Numerical Investigation of Thermal Efficiency of a Solar Cell

Solar air and water heaters are beneficial in many countries across the globe where solar radiation is massive daytime. As surface temperature of photovoltaic cell increases, efficiency scales down. We carried out cooling panels order to maximize their efficiency. In present work, we examined dependence inlet boundary condition on area average at outlet tube. The tube comprises a square cross-section carries three folds contact with panel. investigated dependency thermal conditions observed that increase Reynolds number, i.e., velocity inlet, initially increases up Re = 700 then remains constant 94%. also found when 40% heat input was away by water, 20% electrical achieved.
